Senior AI Developer - Healthcare
Lead the development of our AI-powered evidence matching system using large language models to analyze medical charts and identify supporting evidence for HCC codes. You'll work directly with healthcare data and build systems that protect Medicare Advantage plans from RADV audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Design and implement LLM-based medical text analysis systems
- • Develop HIPAA-compliant AI pipelines for processing healthcare data
- • Optimize model performance for 94%+ accuracy in HCC code validation
- • Collaborate with healthcare experts to refine AI training datasets
- • Build scalable inference systems handling millions of medical charts
Required Qualifications:
- • 5+ years experience in AI/ML development, preferably in healthcare
- • Strong expertise with LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude) and fine-tuning
- • Experience with medical NLP and healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR)
- • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security
- • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, HCC coding, or risk adjustment (preferred)

Drive data-driven insights for Medicare Advantage risk adjustment and RADV audit defense. You'll analyze claims data, build predictive models for RAF score optimization, and create analytics that help health plans reduce their audit exposure by millions of dollars.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Analyze Medicare claims data to identify RADV audit risk patterns
- • Build predictive models for RAF score validation and optimization
- • Develop statistical methods for HCC code evidence strength assessment
- • Create data visualizations and dashboards for C-suite executives
- • Design A/B tests to measure AI model performance improvements
- • Collaborate with clinical teams to validate model outputs
Required Qualifications:
- • PhD/MS in Statistics, Data Science, or related field with 4+ years experience
- • Strong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning
- • Experience with healthcare claims data and medical coding (ICD-10, HCC)
- • Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
